Local and Regional Economy: You are supporting a cultural institution that enhances tourism, boosts local and regional businesses, and promotes economic development in Johnstown and surrounding areas.
Music Accessibility: Your generous donation ensures that music is accessible to all by funding initiatives like discounted tickets for students, seniors, and veterans. Together, we can create an even more inclusive environment where everyone can experience the joy of live music.
Essential Expenses: Donations directly support venue and equipment rentals, day-to-day administrative support and marketing efforts— these are vital to the operation of the JSO.
Musician Compensation: Your donations provide fair wages for our talented local and regional musicians who bring each performance to life.
Community Engagement: We bring music to the community through public performances and often collaborate with local organizations to strengthen community connections.
Innovative Programming: Your support helps enable us to create new concerts and events that honor Johnstown’s rich heritage while exploring a diverse array of musical genres and themes.
